What is Coaching?
It works by creating new neuropathways in your brain that align to your authentic goals and desires, and disconnect from limiting assumptions and patterns of thinking.
Allowing the Client to guide the engagement and each session fosters new neural connections quickly because the Client is the one doing the mental processing.
Clear focus on creating the future and what is desired opens up new possibilities, reveals constrained thinking, and establishes a clear vision of what you want. Visiting the past can be helpful - but in service to the desired future outcomes.
Uncovering and addressing personal beliefs that limit your potential - whether about the world, yourself, or others - is another primary focus. Our beliefs control our thoughts, actions, and the results we bring for ourselves. Changing a single belief can impact numerous parts of our lives.

How does Coaching Work?
Coaching Services
Personal Coaching
One-on-One sessions focused on your goals. I offer 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages that include extra bonus materials, videos, workbooks, and more to set you up for success.
Executive Coaching
For Leaders in Organizations, Executive Coaching offers Personal Coaching with intentional backdrop of organization goals. I focus on supporting Leaders in these contexts: high-performance, new-in-role, leading through change, new leader, and performance improvement.
Group Coaching
Group sessions, off-sites, or other functions with a clear set of goals and topics to bring coaching to more than one individual at a time. Great for organizations, teams, or events. I work with you to design a package to serve everyone’s needs.

Although there are similarities, Coaching is different from therapy or psychiatry in a few important ways:
Therapists are licensed and provide mental health treatment for psychological issues, such as anxiety or depression, by delving into past experiences that could be causing current distress.
Coaching does not provide mental health treatment, and focuses first on the future and what is desired. Coaching client’s typically have a goal or set of objectives that need additional support or guidance.
Therapy/psychiatry often seeks to create a diagnosis and establish a treatment plan.
As a Coach, I will not pass judgement, create labels, or assign motives - just help achieve your goals the fastest way possible.
